Norman Clarke has 19 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. He has witnessed many changes. He has helped companies navigate the tumultuous waters of health care reform and gained a wealth of knowledge that he uses to help his clients provide the best solutions for their companies.  Norman will present on the legal issues currently in play and those that are about to impact us all. He will review plans and employee benefits trends.
